A night of music and celebration
Lead by Colin Smith, Toot Hill Dance Band made their first appearance in Wallenfels in 1986.
One of the reasons for longevity of the band's connections with Wallenfels is the pleasure past members take in returning to play with the band and joining them on trips to Germany.
This had the obvious benefit of maintaining good relations with people from Wallenfells and it also provides an opportunity for past members to share their musical knowledge and experience with the next generation of players. Encouraging this relationship is part of helping the band go from strength to strength.
The current band - the Toot Hill Big Band - can be seen in and around Bingham.
Take a look at our photos of the band from different eras.
Look out for old members who just can't seem to stay away!
More photos will be added over time.
