In September 2024 we celebrated the 40th anniversary of our friendship in Bingham with a Beer Festival.
And in the grand tradition of Wallenfels festivals, we had our German Friends with us, their band, and their wonderful beer. An amazing weekend was had by all!
In May 2024, as part of the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of our friendship with Wallenfels, a group from the Association made a trip to Wallenfels. Whilst there, they were invited to take part in their Corpus Christie service, a procession around the town and a celebratory evening with guests. This included representatives form the local council, a local MP, the football club, music club and lots of local people from the town. Needless to say, it was a fantastic trip with lots of fun and laughter had.
